On NFL Sirius Radio/NFL.com, Deion Sanders was asked by Shannon Sharpe that if he was forced to pick the winner of the big game, who would he take... Deion thought about it, then said "the team with the most black men"... and Sharpe said "so it's Philly!" And they proceeded to cackle incessantly.

Is there a place for this type of commentary?!

Since this game is being played outdoors in the open air with blue skies above and will also take place on grass, and since the color of grass is green and we all know that birds can fly...I'm taking Philly because they they have green uniforms with pretty bird emblems!

It all depends on who says it and with what tone. I can say to my friend, "My family is full of idiots, and we would both have a laugh." But if a total stranger came up to me and said, "Your family is full of idiots," he'd better take off his glasses. (Actually, I personally am about as passive a guy as you'll ever meet--I would just shrug him off, but you get my point.)

I don't think that Rush would get in trouble for saying that the team with the most white players would win...however, he may get in trouble if he said that the team with the most white coaches would win.

Anyway, being a Packers' fan, I would pull for the Patriots, whose qb, Tom Brady, is a good friend of former Cudahy (High School) Packer John Navarre, who plays for Arizona. I went to Cudahy, and my mother was John's fourth-grade teacher.

On the other hand, Andy Reid was an assistant for the Green Bay Pack, and I always liked him when he was Brett Favre's coach, thus I'm not sure who I'm pulling for at this time.
